Operator can start a chat directly. Direct chat window is a mini chat interface.

        It is not full window so it influence visitor's reading slightly. Direct chat is less mandatory than compulsory chat.

        Choose a on-line visitor, and there are two ways to start a direct chat.

           1st way: Select a visitor, and click Direct Chat shortcut button.

           2nd way: Right click the visitor and choose Direct Chat in the pop-up menu.

        After starting the direct chat, the visitor would be in Inviting list.

        From the view of visitor, there will be a mini chat window in the right lower part of the page.

        Visitor can chat with operator in this mini chat window.

        If the visitor replies, he will be in the Chatting list automatically.
